Cancellation Policy

Once the user raises a request to cancel their order, then the request may be reviewed by the seller and once the seller reviews the request then the seller may cancel the order if the seller finds the Cancellation request Genuine which will show up under My Orders.

Refund Policy

Once the order is successfully cancelled according to the Cancellation Policy, then the user will get the full refund within the 5-7 Working Days which would be added back to the source mode of payment. If a user faces any issue(s) with the refund then the user may Cantact Us as we will be happy to assist you.
